Return Policy

P3-d will accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of products for items which are returned in good condition and in original packaging. Nozzle returns are accepted only for unused nozzles which have not had filament run through them. Please contact us if you wish to make a return.

Warranty

P3-d is founded on the basis of utmost quality and provides a full money-back guarantee of satisfaction for 6-months after purchase. P3-d will issue a replacement or refund for any item found to have manufacturing defects within this time period. Items which have been damaged due to mishandling or improper installation will not be considered for refund or exchange. Please contact us if you wish to make a warranty claim.

Liability

The products sold by P3-d should only be used by experienced individuals, or under the direct supervision of experts. No warranty of their suitability for any purpose whatsoever is made or offered by us. Your use of the products sold on this website is entirely at your own risk. Your purchase or use of any product here from shall serve as your explicit acknowledgement that you understand and consent to the fact that we hereby disclaim any responsibility or liability for any harm, loss (economic or otherwise), injury or death resulting from the assembly or operation of our products, either as instructed or otherwise, and affirm that under no circumstances shall you be entitled to any damages of any sort whatsoever related to your use or misuse of our products. Due to the nature of high performance 3d printing parts and the variation of available printers, our products depend on highly skilled customers to correctly install and operate our products. If any damage should occur from using a P3-d product or from improper installation of a P3-d product, liability of P3-d will not extend past the P3-d product in question and/or the original purchase price. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to other parts of a 3d printer, the 3d printer itself, the vicinity the printer resides in, personal injury, failed prints or materials.
